why return of clothes not applicable as when ordered there was nothing as such written I hv size issue now what to do with the clothes

A. I contacted them but they blame us for everything now I dnt see any option what we are suppose to do as I spend 5000rs n it's not a small amount I am ready to exchange but they are not listening and cut the call
