Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually after delivery due to so much of hormonal changes as well as the strength will reduce the calcium deficiency will reduce so it is said after delivery we have to take complete care and rest of ourselves if you continue with the good intake of food as well as rest you want be facing back pain
