why my school going kid is having frequent ta fever she is eating very healthy then why

A. this is because of recurrent infections baby will be having from other r children while attending schoolyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
