why my girl is having fever from yesterday today she have vomiting ,while using syrup p250 fever redecuing and after 4-5hrs again fever is returning

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 months agoA. it might be viral. yoh can give her pcm syp in evert, 4-5 hourly. guve her lots of luquids to drink. feed ors too. talk to your doctor if no improvement after three days
