why my baby spit up after every feed

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom it could be over feeding also , as excess milk comes out due to reflux action, also take care of diet as well and have easy to digest foods , elevate the baby head while feeding with help of your palm as that helps for easy flow
