Namaste Mom Depends on the quality of the feed as well prefer to have a healthy & filling diet preferably before baby feed time that would ensure good quality feed and help in weight gain monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

Maybe your breastfeeding is not enough that is why your child may not be gaining sufficient amount of weight as expected so you should start giving formula to the child to make your child gain proper weight over the period with the formula that you’re given
