Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry about the warm head palm and soles.

you have to consider it as fever only if the temperature in the armpit is 100°f / 37.7°c or more.
the warm hedad palms and soles are due to hyperdynamic circulation in these areas (that is necessary for development) which is normal.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. That’s common because the body temperature of the child in general I’m saying is generally high so if there can be possibility that the head temperature is usually little more higher than the body temperature
