In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinyation or assessmtent is done to find out the exact cause so it is advgisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

The body temperature of the child and fluctuate from time to time there is no specific reason sometimes you will see certain body parts or cold and some or warm but that is also completely normal till the time the thermometer does not say it is fever different for body types having different body temperature is considered very normal
