It could be due to lower level of haemoglobin probably which is why it is looking pale to use if you want you can just once can you check with your doctor to have better clarity because a doctor will have to examine the situation as on that basis only they can give you a clear solution for that and if there’s anything else that you need to go ahead with can also be suggested by the doctor
