Hello My baby is 2.5 months old. Lately I am noticing that whenever he is in deep sleep or I am massaging.. he turns pale .. lips turn pale white... kindly help

A. the purpose of giving body massage to the baby is to have stimulatory mechanism in the baby there is no need to give massage to the baby when baby is sleeping it must be smooth and soft for the baby
