In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinatikon or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult yourkj doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

it can be result of injury, nutritional deficiencies or infection
better to check with your pediatrician for once
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
