A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child.
