In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so thatt he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accortdingly for this .

U Should I add all the necessary spices to the food and then you should be giving it just giving literally small small bites to the child that is going to help still if you feel that your child is vomiting and that could be due to some kind of an indication issue
