Q.

Why my 11 months old baby (soon going to be one year old) is still waking up about 6-7 times in the night. She sleeps at 9 pm daily and after 11 pm it's her routine to wake up for feed after every hour. Please advise. As I have tried everything ( ontime dinner, proper bedtime routine, temperature controlled room)

A. Hello mom one is could be a habit that he is got into that he wakes up quite often. also after a filling dinner they need to be burped and maintain some time gap between the meal and sleep time, so that colic issues dont occur

Q. #askexperts my baby turned 1year old on 8/1/21 she doesn't sleep at night she will be playing the whole night. she sleeps at 5.am gets up at 12.pm then she sleeps at 4.pm and gets up at 6:30- 7:00.pm then she sleep at 9-10.pm and she wakes around 12.am after that she sleeps at 5.am There is a lot of sleep deprivation to me and to kid to she eat's well drink's she plays and she is always active the only thing that she doesn't do is sleeping at night she is wake the whole night
