Q.
why its so tough to move exclusively breastfeed child to bottle? can you share some ways as my kid is 14 months old now.

yes it is.
but as your child is 14 Months old,there is no need of bottle feeding.
try to offer external milk with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey etc.
buy special cup or sipper for this.
I suggest Babyhug brand sipper as it has really good quality.
try to make breast feeding sessions short gradually.
offer food before your child
asks for feeding.
