Q.
Why is my baby not gaining weight? His birth weight was 3.280 kg, and now at 3 months old, he is 4.5 kg. Is this a concern? What should I do?

It’s 300 g less as a child should be at least 1500 g more by completing the time of three months so I’m just going to say that you should start giving formula feeding maybe the breastfeeding isn’t working out enough for that again that is expected otherwise it’s a decent weight gain
