why is baby pooping after every fart?she recently got fissures cuz of excessive passage of stools n using wet wipes...since two days she got daiper rash even though if I changed for every one or two hours in the night...how frequently do we have to change daipers if the child has wet farts...

your baby may poop after every feed or only once a week. Both are normal cases.
