why I'm so heavy... uncomfort to breathe after eating

sometimes heavy weight gives this kind of breathing difficulties
also have protein rich foods
limit carbohydrate in terms of simple sugars ,
have complex carbs and fibre

Madam it’s very difficult to say maybe you are eating heavy food only lying down immediately or something that way why it could be happening without having a proper information and your current situation situation knowledge it would be difficult to guide or consult your doctor once
