Why doesn't my 4 month old roll over, but he holds shoulder and head up when we put him on tummy.

A. Rollover can. Seen in between the age of 3-9 months and then if it doesn’t happen then in that case u can chk wilt your doc as of now u should u may wait for the the child to b in right time and consult if the u need help
