why does my baby some times speak like same way as if they came from running long time or like we speak after exercise as we are tired ...like bush bush sound...out of breath

A. there is need to exam in the baby in person. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
