why does milk supply reduces during periods.?how to deal with it and when it ll cme back to normal?

It Has got no connection with period I’m not a woman say that they feel the same thing but as per gynaecologist or paediatrician is menstruation cycle has got no connection with your breast feeding so I don’t think so it’s because of the reason or maybe due to being tired or something you don’t eat well or the body hormones change which is my maybe maybe happening
