why didn't my baby get startle to some loud sounds., even she passed her hearing test? when did she turn her head when someone called?

A. According to the details that you have mentioned here it can be said as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you can consult your doctor for further guidance and sug: tgestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.
