My baby 3 month old but not turning her head or eyes for loud sound....she will stop her cry if we did any sound...But not turn head or eyes....is she have any hearing problem???

A. most of the babies by the end of three months of age will be having social smile and they recognise the face of the mother but regarding sound they will be having from the birth itself
