my 2.5 months baby smiling at me but not react to sounds , but startle loud noise, is it ok

I am sure the doctors must have conducted a hearing test when your child was born and sometimes kids don’t give a very quick reaction that you expect so don’t worry second kids don’t have a clear vision and practically not giving any smile to you right now they will do it after the age of 3 to 3 1/2 months but currently there is no issue with what you are mentioning in either of the way
