why baby poo π© is Smelling too bad it is like egg spoil smell from one week onwards

The baby is active but poop is smelling bad and urine is aslo yellow colour he is going for π© daily three times he going for poo comfortable and he is going for urine aslo comfortable actually we want marriage function 5 days in Nellore then we return to banglore then start the poop smell is not good and urine aslo

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. can be infected or indigestion. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
