ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 months agoA. dear mum , baby shd b double the birth wt by 5 mth n shd triple the birth wt by 1 yr follow with doctor give variety of home food 3 times , consistency shd b like that of ghee veg khichdi , dal rice , beans legumes egg non veg fruit add powdered nuts , ghee to food continue breastfeed
