make sure to restrict junks and sweet intake, refined flour and proper, noodles, momos etc
add fibre like fruits, vegetables, salad, nuts, sprouts etc

Hi If your child is overweight then you can consult a nutritionist she will give you a plan where in your child will get sufficient nutrition is also but your child will lose all the weight you haven’t mentioned the current weight age or anything of your child so it would be better that you consult a professional only
