why 4 month old donot do motion properly my 4 month old boy do motion for 2 days in a week is it normal

A. thank u how much ml of samlac syrup is given for 4 month baby

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started ahifter 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided beforet 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

A. No worries as constipation is completely normal in this age kids can go without pooping for 10 days also but the only condition is that the child should not have any kind of discomfort the feeding should be proper and the urine output should be good
