it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not.

Seems like your child is hyperactive and these are common things to be seen but you have to see why your child is biting and hitting is your child having any other problem like maybe your child is having some issue not comfortable with something or having some kind of pain or irritation because kids behave like this usually because of the same so I would just suggest you to have a check up with a child specialist one time
