Why 1 month baby always cry while passing urine and motion? Her lips get too black why?

please clean it before and after each feeding
use soft wet Cotton clothe for this

if Child is crying a lot then please visit your pediatrician
please give more and more breastfeeds
make sure your child get enough milk or not.
avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes.
