White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it neetds proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and as maintain a good hygiene .

However, you should reach out to a doctor if you notice the following symptoms: The scales and patches get worse or spread to other parts of the face or body. The area in and around the patches look inflamed or infected.
