Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi both are equally good and effective. the major difference between them is of reactions that a child get after Vaccination and of the cost. in painless Vaccine , child get it's reactions but the reactions are mild. but comparatively , painless Vaccines are costlier than the painful one . so ,its up to you which you want to prefer for your child.
