preffer extra moisturizing creams/lotion / soap that is not loaded with chemicals or artificial fragrance.
Continue exclusive breast feeding well to Maintain hydration of skin.

Please don't use any soap
use #babyhug body wash as it's gentle
you may use the baajra besan flour mixed with the milk to make her bath
but take care that no water peneterates her ears.
