Urvashi SenMom of a 2 yr 2 m old girl1 day agoA. you can try Johnson's Baby Lotion. it can help soothe and moisturize baby's dry irritated skin that might be part of a mild body rash and also it's best to use this lotion on baby's damp skin for hydration . .
