which kind of food can i eat

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother you should have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should have nuts like almonds and flaxseeds. You can have non veg food like chicken, fish, meat. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have adequate fluid intake.
