you can go for any type for your child.
you can go for any good brand which is available in the market and the child can wear diaper throughout the day also.
there are now new age diapers which have got very high absorbent capacity and the chances of leakage is absent due to the increased widespread criscross sheets present in the diaper.
the child is able to sleep properly without any disturbance due to the heaviness or leakage. usually there is no need to change diaper till 12 hours.

Diaper should be change  frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequentlyfy also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.
