RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. You go for any Iron drop it is going to leave a little bit of stain so you just have to make sure that you’re brushing the teeth properly twice or thrice in a day to maintain proper oral hygiene because most of the iron supplements have that impact
