Ma’am As per the dieticians and nutritionists they would never recommend you to give up on anything they always recommend that you can have all kind of fruits and vegetables because they are healthy but in general for C-section mum as I have heard they say that you should avoid fruits and vegetables with seeds apart from that you can have everything and a sour fruits
