ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Give fruits such as apple, pear, banana, plum, peach, chikoo, papaya, apricot , banana, and avocado.
Avoid giving citrus fruits as it can cause an upset stomach and rashes in the diaper area or even on baby’s back or face.
all these can be given after one year.
