which food should avoid during breastfeeding? for baby gas trouble give some special food that should not avoid?

Avoid gassy food in your diet like potato beans etc
Give adequate feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Burp well
