Non veg foods that are home cooked, procured from desi chicken or free roaming animals are safe to eat.
Mke aure you don't fry the non veg & cook it very properly

No need to avoid.
U can take non veg food during breastfeeding. There is no problem in that.
Eat freshly cooked food made at home.
Avoid packed, oustdide junk oily food.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months.
