A. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. prepare food using Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable ,add fry fruit and nuts too.
