Iron rich food?

A. hi. to increase hb count, consume iron rich foods like whole grains, sprouts bake beans, pulses, kidney beans.. fruits like pomogranate, apple, kiwi, strawberry.. veggies like lufa spinach, beet root, morings leaves.
