It's common in new born babies to change their birth colour in initial weeks but few will regain their birth complexion by 4-5 months which is mainly depends on their melanin content in skin and also hereditary factors.
Using of products might suit or not choose less pH value soap or body wash , shampoos in doctors or experts suggestion.
Use milk cream for massaging it helps as natural moisturizer gives smooth and glowing skin.
