make sure readymade flour is prepared after sprouting,.
better to soak, sprout it overnight, dry in shade ,grind, roast it, cook well. otherwise its heavy to digest
Sunakshi RanjeetMom of a 7 yr 7 m old girl6 years agoA. you can try organic tattva from bb, however I had not been sprouting it overnight but just leave to dry under the fan. my baby is doing absolutely fine. I don't see any sign of indigestion or anything.
rinse it , drain it, dry it , roast it completely till few grains start to pop, cool it , grind it
