whenever I changed her soap she got this type of rashes on leg.. is it ok or can I go to hosptial

Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See for any type of skin lesions do not assume to be anything .its always better to show to a specialist online or offline and get the right treatment started in time .okSee with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

But Why do you have to frequently keep changing the soap that’s not the right thing to do actually even soap is suiting the child then you should not switch to another but never mind you should get a check with your doctor ones because maybe it is not due to soap it could be due to anything else as well
