when would the first teeth of kid would fall she is 6yrs and7month old still no teeth have fallen

A. Hi usually kids start loosing their first milk teeth by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth don't fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

A. hi it is ok this process can be started in between 5 to 8 years age so no worries my child has same thing but doctor told this is normal.
