Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hello. a child should be e given exclusive breast feed till they reach 1 year of age. moreover it is very important for their immune system as well. since your baby is now 6 months old you can start to give fruits or boiled vegetables one by one
