Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy . follow nutritious diet intake along with adequate water intake

You may never know that because some women can have their period right after a month I have it after six months to 1 year and maybe 18 months to 2 years also so basically there is no certainty to wait whenever your body is ready to menstruate you will get your periods again
