ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth

See The process starts after the age of three months and can go up till the age of 2 to 3 years all the teeth mostly come by the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years after that only the process of falling starts after the age of 4 to 5 years this is how it goes but still if you have any doubt relating to it you can always consult your dentist
